What does the process of an exposure and dialogue programme look like?
The duration of an exposure and dialogue programme on site is usually between six and seven days and comprises three main phases: Exposure, reflection and dialogue
A typical programme looks as follows:
1st day: Arrival at the airport and transfer to the meeting site, followed by official welcome and subject introduction
2nd - 4th day: Exposure: Three days living and working in the exposure host families.
5th day: Return to the meeting centre, reflection in small groups.
6th day: Dialogue with local decision-makers from politics, business, church, civilian society.
7th day: Evaluation and resume with partners on site, then departure.
Participation in a programme also includes a preparatory meeting of the participants and a follow-up meeting in Germany.
